Good standing desk for someone on a budget.
I’m starting a work from home position and thought that getting a deal I could both sit and stand at would be best.At my last employer we had electric versions that were really nice. Unfortunately, any electric models in my price range had mixed reviews. I read stories about the motor dying and leaving the desk permanently in an inconvenient position.I decided manual would be best and hopefully had less chances of breaking. This desk came in a small box and had quite a few pieces. Assembly took me about an hour but went easily enough.Once done, it created a sturdy desk. The crank is easy to use and the motion up and down is smooth. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that the top of the desk comes in two halves so it leaves a seam down the middle of the desk. It came with dowels to join the two pieces. Although it did not call for it in the instructions, I used some wood glue on the dowels and made a small bead down the seam just to make it more sturdy and avoid having a gap for stuff to get stuck in.Overall I’m happy with the purchase. When your at a desk for 8+ hours a day the ability to stand is nice.

Quality desk!
Great desk! I am using this every day since working from home and I love it. The top is very strudy and good looking. its not real wood, but thats ok. What it isnt is laminated wood where the top laminant peels off over time from skin rubbing on it all day. Its more like a plastic composite that looks like wood, but feels like plastic. Thats ok though, becasue it does its job and is sturdy. I love the hand crank on this. I was going to get a motorized one but I didnt want to deal with the motor going out on me eventually. As far as putting it together, you do need to make sure the rod is inserted into both sides correctly. I had a small issue getting it figured out and I was only getting one side cranking up and down, but once I got the rod inserted right it worked great! Would definitly recommend!

Pretty good for the money
It is very sturdy. For the cost, I was thinking it would be wobbly, but it isn't at all. I have two large monitors and a laptop on a stand and it holds it all really well. The crank mechanism works well, easy enough to move up and down. It is simple, looks good, pretty good product for the money. Definitely worth it over more expensive electric sit/stand desks. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars was the assembly was a bit tough. It was really difficult to get the crank mechanism aligned correctly so that both sides went up and down at the same time.

Easy Assembly
The directions to assemble were awesome. Following the pictures, and written instructions were easy. Everything was included, no missing parts. It is sturdy. I like the manual crank. It serves my purpose better than an electric. If you only have limited power outlets, this is the way to go. The height for me is just my size. For all you 5'4" folks. Sitting at a desk for hours can cause great discomfort in my back and legs, therefore I can stand up and stretch while keeping up with the work load.

Stay Away - Move to the next product!
Stay away from this product. Save your money, time, and sanity. I consider myself experienced with putting products together and this was the worst manufacturing I have ever seen. I am surprised Amazon even allowed this to be sold. Nothing fit. Huge disappointment. Now I have to re-package this trash and make a 45 minute trip to a UPS store to return it. The manufacturer should be ashamed to have this product on the market and should pay me for even trying this mess. You have now been warned.

Left leg of the desk was not working however I managed to fix it.
I searched online with YOUTUBE and Googled on how to fix the left leg of the FAMISKY manual crank stand up desk. There were no videos or directions on how to fix it. For this Amazon product some people had the same issue and the company/ manufacturers only answer is to return the whole product. I'm glad I got to fix the problem because I love this manual crank desk! It is definitely worth the money! It is not that hard to assemble! AVENGERS! LOL Now, I am able to stand while being on the computer because I don't want the sedentary computer use lifestyle!

Great desk
We are so happy with this desk. The adjustable height was something my husband was very interested in as traditional desks didn't allow enough leg room. It's great for my son when he's using it as well. The desk also provides enough space for our computer as well as writing space. This desk was so worth it. I like that it has brakes and it's pretty sturdy.

Good for the price
It's a good desk considering its price. It took me 2.5 hs to assemble, but it works perfect now. If it's not elevating evenly, it's probably bc you screwed up a step. However, it's kinda wobbly and, for example, when I write while having a call, my camera will shake a bit
