Kinesio Tex Gold

Sent duplicate product, please don't buy this at all, I bought it for 1400 ,not even worth 100 .. not able use ,as soon I am applying after half an hour it is coming out,even my doctor told me that it is a very bad product.don't buy, return option is not available ,I wasted around 1400 . Better product is available in 400 to 500 range.

Summary: sticks better than other brands, use baby oil for removal.I have arthritis, and I’m prone to developing PFPS (known often as runner’s knee) in my right knee. My physical therapist taught me how to tape my patella in place for high impact activities when I’m feeling any irritation. I needed to tape my knee on my own in between appointments, so I bought several brands and tried them out. I tried everything from “name brand” KT tape to random off brands from big box stores. I had the same issue with all of them - no matter how dry my skin was, the adhesive failed halfway through a sweaty workout. When my PT taped my knee, it lasted for days through multiple gym sessions and showers. I finally called to find out the product they use in office, and it is Kinesio TEX Gold. I purchased this roll, and it did not disappoint.This tape stays on extremely well through showers, gym sessions, applying lotion etc. It also keeps some tension for up to 3 days vs the other brands who were doing nothing by day 2 if they were even still adhered to my kneeThis tape can sometimes stay TOO well, and my tip for removal is applying baby oil and letting it sit for a few minutes. The baby oil will work even faster if applied right before you start a shower.

Works very well and provides sone relief from knee pain.

I use this for my son's (age 5) knees for patella instability. It seems to help as he doesn't cry all evening about his legs hurting after doing exercise in the day now. We just about 4-4.5 large squares of tape on each knee, cut in 2 length ways to make it thinner for his smaller knees. He wears this for 5 days with 2 days off. The box lasts ages and sticks really well, but also comes off well and quickly (he is extremely sensitive to pain). Great product!
