Not sure I trust this...?
Product quality poor from Oxford. Welds look quite dodgy and stickers all wonky. Seems the quality control on these things is bad. So how do I know it's the right grade of steel and hence is it as secure as claimed.... I guess I can't tell until it might be too late... See picture

Good product let down by poor budget fixings
I read the reviews before purchasing this item and it seems the main issues people report are poor quality/messy welds, cheap fixings and difficulty fitting the ball bearings. The item I received had good clean welds and seemed a quality item. However, as with many other reviews, it is let down by cheap unsatisfactory fixings. One wall plug was in pieces in the box! With a little patience (and using the intact one as a reference) I was able to reassemble it. I nervously tapped it into the wall and with some care managed to fit it. It has a solid grip in the wall so I am happy with the end result, but should not have to do this on an Oxford product. Charge a couple of pounds more Oxford and put some decent fixings in.The ball baring were a faff. I taped them in, but the clearance (from the body of the anchor) is small so getting a firm hit without hitting the main body is tricky. A small hammer would make this easier but not offer enough of a whack! So in summary, good product but could easily be so much better.

Sturdy & Removable....
I have an old ground anchor that's in totally the wrong place now & I haven't got the time or inclination to move it!That's why I went for this one this time, with a suitably bulky chain going through it, it's pretty hard to reach the bolts to unscrew it - if it's even possible.I use this inside the garage, for a small motorbike that's quite easily "wheel away-able". It's to deter casual theft when the garage door isn't fully locked down.If the baddies are in my garage, they're only a few feet from my angle grinder anyway!!!Build quality is good, fitting was straightforward - an SDS Drill with a 16mm bit did the job. Hardest bit was getting all of the dust out of the holes as my vacuum didn't have enough suck to reach the bottom.I shall be getting another one to chain the cycles to & am more than happy with this one - the flexibility of being able to remove it later on if required is the key for me....

Excellent, this could be used to secure pretty well ...
Excellent, this could be used to secure pretty well anything, bikes, motor bikes etc. The rawl bolts are pretty big needing a 16mm drill but its worth investing in a suitable drill if you don't have one (less than £10). For me, that was an investment to stop my £1,000 push bike being stolen.I was drilling in to some pretty hard concrete and the hole ended up being somewhat over sized but the rawl bolts will deal with that as long as its not excessive. Again.. a great product!

A good strong anchor point for tethering your valuable kit.
Online marketplace Descriptions are often weird: this item is a ground/wall anchor, so how "Unisex Adult" comes into it is anyone's guess. Someone should have checked. The security anchor is strong and well made and gives you confidence. It comes with 2 good sized shield bolts (and ball bearings to hammer into the them once they're fixed in place). To complete the installation, you'll need a hammer drill and a 16mm masonry drill bit. This anchor is large enough for all but the beefiest of locking cables - but there is a larger size. If you want to be extra sure about this, you could contact the manufacturers who are helpful.
