Like others say, the chain seems good quality and sturdy, the padlock isn’t worth using on anything you’d like to keep, it’s weak and wouldn’t last 2 mins

son's scooter has been locked up with this chain for nearly a year. It's been sat outside in the rain since christmas, yet still works perfectly. It's very heavy and sturdy, and the protective sheath is excellent - still hasn't rubbed through or frayed anywhere. The lock is also very smooth to open and close, and the design is very good. Make sure you spray some WD or similar in there from time to time to keep the water and rust away.
