Q: Will this hand held shower head fit an older grohe flex hose?

It does fit. However, the problem is that the hose bib comes with the hose. If you just replace the shower head and reuse the old hose bib, most likely it will leak. I had a difficult time to find the right bib from hardware store and ended up replacing the hose too.
