Update 11/18If you're trying to get pregnant use caution!!! I think this tea was caused of my miscarriage!!!! I didn't fully research the ingredients! I still would highly recommend it's use and I do think it help me to get pregnant. You just need to pay close attention. I thought my missed cycle was my period acting crazy again because that's what I've been use too for years but nope!!! I was pregnant. 🥲 My cycle didn't come in June and I had a negative test in June. My cycle didn't come in July and the boom positive test in July then 2 days later and my first appointment they said the baby stopped growing at 6weeks. I started drinking that tea after my first missed period hoping it would help me have my cycle. I've never been pregnant before so I didn't know what to expect. However again I would still recommend it to anyone who has difficulties during that time of the month though. My boyfriend told me to throw it away!!! I will continue to use it though with caution. I hope this helps someone.****************************************I can honestly say since I've started drinking this tea I have not experienced any cramps whatsoever during My last 3 cycles I wanna say. If not the last 3 the last 2 for sure. I wanna say my cycles haven't been as heavy either but that's one thing I'm still monitoring. I'm also monitoring with seeing if it's helping me to have a regular monthly because ive been irregular for years. I'm use to having a cycle every other month and sometimes 3 months but I would bleed vextremely heavy. Like I'm not leaving home heavy. However the last 3 months I've had a regular cycle with somewhat normal bleeding in comparison. I would say try it for yourself definitely. I don't drink it daily either just mainly around my expected cycle time.

Love this tea and it help with my cycle I have pcos as well and I have irregular cycles the taste is great going to have to re order soon .

Love this product. Great ingredients and good quality. Great taste. Have no idea if it balances my hormones over the long run because i only just started using the product.

It was ok. Did not help with all my pain. Nothing different than any other tea.

My daughter has pretty severe cramping during her cycle and it seems to be getting worse with age.Her cycle completely incapacitates her starting on her second day and for one to two days.It's heartbreaking.When I saw the name in the tea, I wasn't real sure about it.But, then I read the qualities and benefits it supposedly has and had to get it.Better a tea with natural herbs than otc meds in abundance!She had already finished her cycle by the time it came so when we tried it, it wasn't going to give us answers as to whether or not it helps with cramping until next time, however, it tastes pretty good, actually.Neither of us is a huge fan of ginger, and the smell was strong upon opening it, but the flavor of the tea itself was not overpowering and we let it steep for several minutes.I did notice that my typically cold feet were warmer and her hands were too. I want to say its the effects of the tea, but it could have been that she was holding a warmed cup and I had just finished drinking warmed tea which could have helped in itself.The ginger did give me a little heartburn, but, I get heartburn from pretty much everything so that really doesn't say much.Overall, it took some getting used to when we first started sipping, but the flavors combined together, especially with rose which I love as part of my tea blends anyway, really seemed to compliment each other.It's still a little pricey for me, but if I could afford to, I think this tea would become a regular routine for me. Now, we want to save the rest to try next month and see if it helps with cramping!

I ordered this herbal tea for my daughter. It is an interesting tea made with traditional herbal ingredients for women's health, including longan, red dates, dried ginger, wolfberry, and rose flowers. It comes in pyramid mesh bags, individually sealed in a plastic wrap. The loose tea ingredients are pretty big and clearly visible. The quality seems really good.My daughter tried this tea and thought it was pretty good. The flavor is a little unusual at first and more of an acquired taste. Only time will tell how beneficial it would be. Having said that, some of the ingredients are known to have a positive effect on health and well-being.This come packaged in a resealable, clear plastic bag. There are 16 individually-wrapped tea bags in it. Mine has an expiration date of 3/2024. The ingredients look good and smell fresh. Made in China. Overall, my daughter likes this tea. Pretty good flavor and aroma. At $1.56 per tea bag, it is a little pricey but probably worth it for the quality of the ingredients, which you can actually identify. Good stuff.
