Fractal Design Define 7 Clear Tempered Glass E-ATX Mid-Tower Gaming Cabinet Case with Three Pre-Installed Dynamic X2 GP-14 Fans and Anodized Aluminum Front Panel - Black & White (FD-C-DEF7A-05)

This is an extremely spacious case that can fit pretty much any high end component you throw at it, but buying it in India you do have to keep in mind the temperature of your components. It gets pretty hot quickly on load and I had to keep the front door of the case open for optimal airflow. I run a 360 AIO and an air-cooled rtx 3080 ti. Performance may be slightly better with a full custom water loop, or if you are running your PC on an air-conditioned room all the time. Overall good case with a solid all metal build, but with suboptimal airflow.

This case arrived LITERALLY brand new as far as I can see - it was in its original box with ALL of the original factory accessories in place, and still in all of their wrappings. The Case was in pristine condition, and it is a GORGEOUS case to boot! It is still running beautifully with clean white lines and sturdy construction, 3 months later. You will NOT regret this purchase!!!!I already owned one of these (Fractal Design Series 7), in black with the black solid side panel no glass or mesh, and I loved building in it so much that I decided I would like to purchase another. In particular, the noise levels from it are exceptionally quiet. I discovered this series of cases in 2020 while doing a deep dive search for "best quiet case" on the market, because I wanted to make the most low-key, gets the job done silently, kind of PC for Momma. I was literally so impressed by the case I bought for her, that I set out to find one for myself 3 years later, AFTER doing a search of current ones -and even ordering one!! I ordered the new Fractal Design "North" and it was as gorgeous as it looks. However., the noise! Oh man, like a jet engine in an airplane hangar with the doors closed and Metallica playing a live set in the tailfire winds. So, I immediately regretted NOT getting the one I loved so much for Momma, and wanted to find this. Unfortunately, finding this proved utterly impossible. (If you're looking at this listing, you may have also found out the same thing by now! VERY important tip, do NOT buy from any website that looks sketchy and offers this case for cheap -there is a scam website "based" in North Carolina whose name I forget. I discovered they are scamming people for cc data (through research, thankfully) and want you to avoid them too! BUY THIS CASE!!!)This case in black was available widely, but this case in WHITE like this one I purchased, was impossible to find anywhere for less than ~$410 at the time I made the purchase (late March/Early April). It arrived in perfect condition, and in less than 3 days when the shipping said a week. I literally truly could not be any happier with this seller, they found me my DREAM case which was sold out everywhere online and they did so at a fair price. It was actually slightly LESS than retail, despite its scarcity, while other sites are doubling the price as I said.You can trust this seller. I did, and they literally made a dream come true for me, in time to make my next stream where I had already advertised the PC would be built. I needed a case big enough for an NVIDIA 4090 with a good rating for being quiet. It came down to this or a BeQuiet model. In the end I went for this one as I could fit my old 5.25inch DVD drive (not that it gets much use). I found the case easy to work with, the ability to take the top cover/fan mounting off really does make a difference for access. There's plenty of room - there's a 115mm gap from the back of the MSI 4090 Gaming X Trio to the front fans and enough room to leave a 3.5cm gap from the 4090 power plug to the first cable bend (you may be able to see that in the pics). Lots of cable routing options and ties provided (the pic from the back side of the motherboard hopefully shows most of this).People have commented that the case is not as quiet as expected - can't comment myself, I fitted 6 low noise/speed fans and during general browsing/file editing etc. its silent (even with the mesh/open top fitted). If I put all fans on 100% I would not say its excessively noisy (the BeQuiet case has thicker sound dampening material - maybe that makes a difference).There are things that could be better - the 5.25inch drive is only held with 2 screws (see pic) but I would not say its loose, just would have preferred if it was also secured at the back (the case front/door assembly does give some extra support). I have a few bits left over (that I guess I paid for) like the solid top (I fitted the optional mesh/open one that comes with it), 4 x 3.5inch drive brackets and some plastic covers for the PSU shroud (I left it open for air flow - you can perhaps see it in the pictures) and a cover for the side where you can mount the 3.5inch drive brackets (you may notice you can see holes/slots in the back panel on the right of the motherboard - that cover has to come out to fit the 5.25inch drive). The PSU shroud at the bottom has a removeable cover on one side but not the other, makes plugging cables in a little bit more awkward if you don't connect the cables at the PSU first and slide it all into the case - but I managed it.Overall very pleased with the case. Toying with going water cooling (and giving up the 5.25inch drive after going to the trouble of fitting it!) as there is plenty of space for radiators. One thing I found confusing was where the manual indicates clearance for items on the motherboard when a top radiator is fitted - a 30mm top radiator plus 25mm fans will start to come down over the RAM modules . If you go for a 140mm wide radiator then the RAM modules (and anything else along the top of the motherboard I guess) do probably need to be no higher than 35/36mm from the motherboard as per the manual (mine are higher - they have aluminium heat sink/covers) - but if you go for 120mm wide radiators then I reckon you can offset it to the other side of the case (looking at the mounting holes/slots on the top bracket - you can perhaps see how they are laid out in the pic).

Hier hat sich Fractal Design selbst übertroffen. Noch mehr Features gegenüber den Vorgänger Gehäusen. Ich kaufe seit vielen Jahren nurnoch Gehäuse von Fractal Design. Die Qualität ist 1A.Das einfache Abnehmen der Seitenteile und des Deckels ist eine super Neuerung. Die Zeiten, in denen man seinen ganzen Computer auf LAN-Partys mitgenommen hat sind vorbei. So müssen auch Abdeckungen nicht mehr verschraubt werden.
