Great price, but blade seemed quite dull when it arrived
Can't beat the price on this usuba/nakiri. To be clear it is a single-hone blade (blade is only tapered to sharpness on one edge the other is flat). Blade itself was not properly sharp when it arrived. Needed a few strokes of a diamond steel to give it a good edge.

Questionable quality control
The etching is double-struck so the knife really does not look high quality

poor quality knife
I recently sharpened 2 knifes this 5.9 deba knife, and another cheaper knife.started on 120/320 double sided coarse stone on the darker side and reformed the angle to 14 degrees on bevel side and grinded it flat on other side noticed extremely large burr around 1/10" that would not remove. feels & bends like paper I had to pull it off with a towel. moved up to 320grit after apexing both sides getting some weird burrs but not at big.moved up to 1500 grit and now I'm noticing that there part of the blade that appears to have small chips in it after I completely ground a new bevel. The whetstones I've been using have been flattened through the process as well. The other knife I sharpened in same manner is a 3 dollar pairing knife and that ones is shaving sharp with the same process sharpened to their prospective angles & same time apexing.I think the metal is either of poor quality or heat treatment sucks to be honest.I would not recommend buying this or maybe I got bad knife.

REALLY light knife
I really believe this knife could be $10-15 cheaper and it's extremely light, I was expecting light but it weights almost nothing. Don't forget to oil your blade, it rusts really quickly.

Overpriced
Nice knife, but you can get an almost identical knife for under $20 from another vendor on Amazon

Poor quality, absolutely different of what I expected. I have to return it and I will search for another brand maybe it is necessary to spend a little more to obtain a better quality
