Incomplete package
Company sent only 30 pieces of rubber instead of 100. As it’s an important health product, they should be ashamed to scam the people on such an issue. Zero stars

5/16 inch bands sent instead of the 3/16 ordered. I asked for a replacement which was promptly sent the next day. However the courier did not wait for the return to be handed over which makes me feel i have caused the company a loss. The quality is far better than the ones my orthodontist gives me. Strongly recommend the product.
