Product works great, and much cheaper than name brand product-very happy!

We purchased these non-original ink cartridges but found that they don't work well. We had an issue with the Blue cartridge. The blue ink bled onto the page. I sent an email to the seller with print-out of the issue. They responded to my email and refunded me the cost of the ink cartridges. Very happy with the customer service provided by the seller.

The quality of the printing was good at first but after a short while the ink is all over the paper. There is no way I can even send out anything with such poor quality. I wish I had spent the money on the genuine Cannon cartridge than having two worthless toners that I am unable to now use. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" in this instance was right on the money. Just purchased the genuine cannon cartridge this morning. Save your money.

Used this product, this exact product, for years. The Canon manufacturer’s product is insanely overpriced, and I’ve found that most non-manufacturers brands (which are numerous) are flawed.

When we used the first black cartridge it worked and printed as it should. Opened the 2nd cartridge and it seems old and dried up. Prints very light. Tried shaking it up to see if that would help - it didn’t. Note to self buy one cartridge at a time because if there’s a defect in 2nd one it’s too late to return.

The cartridge worked for a little while and then put tons of black splotches all over the paper and the color toners. Now I have to buy 4 new toners because of this cheap product. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.EDIT: GPC gave me a refund for the black toner, which was helpful. Now I've got to figure out where to get new ones. A full set of Canon cartridges cost more than my printer, which is crazy. I thought inkjet printers were the disposable ones, not color laser printers. When you buy recycled cartridges, there's no telling what you're going to get. Frustrating.
