Superb as MB writing instruments always are. My first mid-size and it is perfect, much better feel than the standard size. RDBrands was very responsive and thorough in responding to questions I had prior to purchase (in marked contrast to other sellers). RDBrands will be my go-to place for future MB instruments.

Bought this item from the seller 'Purplelove11' - received it a few days later and it was a counterfeit item. Mont Blanc is manufactured in Germany, on the box that this product came in (sent from China) said the country of manufacture was China. I compared the received item to the same model pen I bought from the Mont Blanc store, the quality difference was apparent. The item was fake, had fake writing on it, was significantly lighter, and didn't even have the proper logo on the end of the pen.

Very nice pen but too expensive!It does not write any better than my $30 pens and was expecting a little more from this pen but very well made and definitely not a fake!

Excellent Pen, I originally had some concerns regarding the authenticity of the Pen , I took it to a Montblanc store and was assured it is authentic. Will buy from again.

Too light, does not look or feel real. (I own 3 other Montblancs). Also makes a clicking sound when you turn it, not the smooth action of a MB. When put against light shows up plastic black and not the resin red see thru like it should. and the serial numbers did not look right. I reported it to the company, but got no response.

Received a Montblanc with authentic looking papers, case, book, etc. Took it to Montblanc for a repair and they confirmed it is NOT authentic. They couldn't stress enough that any Montblanc sold on Amazon has a 99.9% chance of being counterfeit.
