Purchased the product on February 2024 from that time leaking issue started and initially the service technician will visit every week to address the leaking issues and almost the changed all three blue colour filter within a month and later he visited every month to address the same issued. The technician got fed up clearly said that the quality of the product is very poor and when every I raise a complaint the company use to replace another blue filter of the same quality which is going to leak in a month and he said that if I call next time he is going to charge and he also recommended to go for a better quality filter.This is June month again it started to leak now I got fed up and now I have called the local technician to fix it despite of having warranty. My usage is very minimal I bought 50L/H two stage unit and used to filter hardly around 200L per month till date I would have filtered 1000 to 1200L of water till date within that period I faced so many leaking issues even I have asked for replacement their technique is to cross the replacement period by fixing the issue every month. Please avoid such poor quality product.

Good RO for home use if your looking for easy maintenance and long run. Water quality is good depends water TDS level.Value for money. Need to buy external steel tank for water storage.

I ordered this product to Musiri, Tamil Nadu, and while Amazon delivered on time, the service was a major disappointment. I was contacted via WhatsApp with a technician’s number and told I’d have to pay ₹600 for installation. The technician said my place was too far from his, and I’d need to find someone local to install it. I ended up installing it myself.Within 6 months, the product started malfunctioning. It stopped turning on, and even when it did, the output rate was very low. I had to find a technician through Just Dial, who found that the sediment filter was clogged. After cleaning it, the flow issue was fixed. However, he informed me there was a UV overload issue and removed the UV system. It worked for a few days, but then the unit stopped turning on again. We now have to wait for a while to get it to start, indicating a possible problem with the SMPS or motor.On top of that, several elbow connectors and push connectors started leaking after just a few days. I called the same technician again, but he refused to work on it, saying it was different from the units he usually services.Poor quality parts, frequent malfunctions, and no service availability in Tamil Nadu make this product a bad investment. I highly recommend purchasing from a local vendor or going with a trusted brand like Aquaguard.

The two Original(Aqua D pure's) RO Membrane Quality is Very bad. Which cannot purify the Water (from 750 TDS to Less than 40 TDS)Luckily i had a TDS meter, i was shocked with the Pure water TDS after Installation.i raised Complaint through Customer care, but the response was bad, so i raised complaint through Amazon,the Same Installation person came with new RO membrane (Not Aqua D pure) within 3 days and the TDS of Pure water is 30 to 40 TDS.Thanks to amazon.Note: I Bought this Product for 6900 +600 (Installation)I suggest everyone to check the TDS of Water on regular basis before the Return Window Closes with Amazon.its been 3 months, no issue with 25LPH Commercial Water Purifier.My usage is 20 to 30 Lts Per day,( morning 10 to 15 lits and Evening 10 to 15 lits)
