Blessing for plugged milk ducts
A little spendy but they work great for keeping my milk ducts from plugging. I have found that I have to take 4 pills a day to not deal with painful plugged ducts that reduce my milk supply. FYI- 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I tried 2 a day and that did not work so 4 a day is my go to!

Really helps reduce my instances of clogged milk ducts. Have not had any since taking one a day. And anyone who's had a clogged duct knows what aa big deal it is to prevent. Every nursing mother should have this.
