Charles Leonard Heavy Duty Staple Remover, Pinch Jaw Style with Walnut Handles (050)

It was a staple remover, that much was correct. but heavy duty it was not. It was not a Charles Leonard Staple Remover, it was a Chinese knock-off (the CL on the side was absent, just "China"), and the metal was no thicker than the ones I cheaply available locally. I guess for $3 I can't say much, but I bought this because I was trying to replace an actual CL staple remover, which has much thicker metal and much sturdier rivets.

Works like any staple remover.

I don’t like it

One can only wonder how to ruin a Made-in-USA product that's been around for decades. Answer: Sadly, outsource to China! This is a knock-off of same one I've had for at least 20 years, looks same in a pic, but materials and construction is inferior. I was buying another solely for convenience, so online pic of this looked same as my good one, and cost more than other options. At $2.95, its not worth my time and gas expense to return it. I'd have gladly paid 2X cost of this for decent quality. If all you want is bone-yard cheap, this is the one to buy.
