I was considering purchasing a similar flatware set from Target (Threshold brand) that cost $80 per box and would only provide 20 pieces (service for four). I wanted to look on Amazon for alternative options that looked and felt like the Threshold set without the cost.I found this product and based on reviews, I decided to purchase, knowing that I could use Amazon’s easy returns if I didn’t like the product. Once I received and opened this set, I liked it even more than the Target-brand set I wanted to purchase that was more than double the cost.Each piece was individually wrapped and I looked at each piece to make sure they were as described. There were no scratches, dings, or chips in the finish. I saw reviews on Amazon for other similarly-priced flatware that mentioned the edges and tips of the forks and spoons were sharp, so I ran my finger over them and there wasn’t any issue there.Each piece is heavy and definitely 18/10 gauge stainless steel. I haven’t washed these yet but I am hopeful they will continue to hold up for a while as I really like this flatware set. The picture and descriptions are exact. You can’t beat the price for the amount you receive. I saved approximately $130 dollars by purchasing this set and got something I liked more than the Target-brand flatware set.

Very sturdy hefty silverware. Shiny and easy to wash

I absolutely love the way these look with my stone ware. Worth the buy, only complaint is it will show water marks from soap and the dishwasher. But I mean.. it's not an issue.

These look like they have a matte finish in the picture, that's my fault for not fully reading the description they came shiny which was not what I wanted but it will do. Mostly because I don't want to have to search again for cutlery. They're nice enough. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I got something different than what I expected based on the picture, not the description.

You won’t be disappointed in this set! It’s very heavy and durable. I’ve washed them multiple times in the dishwasher and they still look brand new.

I felt I should write a review........ We owned this silverware for almost two years and as time went on for some weird reason only my small spoons turned a rainbow glistening greasy color only in the part that would hold food or liquid. The other thing I noticed the black color seemed to have wore off in some spots. I was happy that the metal was 18/0 but not sure why those other things were happening. Sadly I gave them to the thrift store and bought a new set just silver, which isn't want I really wanted but afraid to chance buying black again. I gave it a 3 star only because they did look nice at one point and would have rated them a 5 star until the weird happened.
