Perfect fit and great tone
These took a little bit of getting used to, but know they are my main picks. I highly recommend that anyone who is a fan of the JD Jazz series picks try these out.

The best guitar pick in the world.
I've done a lot of hunting, and this is the best guitar pick I can find anywhere. The material it's made of is utterly phenomenal. It is an improvement of tone from standard Jazz III's. Really. The sound of the attack is a huge factor in tone, and this material is the perfect balance between warmth and bite, in my opinion. The standard Jazz III's didn't have quite enough brightness of attack, in my opinion. SLIGHTLY dull. This pick maintains a lot of that warmth while bringing in a definitive clarity and presence in the attack.I'll still reach for a standard sized pick at medium thickness for most acoustic playing, but for every other application it's this guy. Very versatile.I can't say enough good things about this pick. The red is sexier than the black and reveals the material a little more. These are MUCH better than the John Petrucci signature picks from Dunlop that have his JP insignia on them. (I prefer standards to those) And this Petrucci Primetone pick is even much better than standard jazz iii's, or any other kind of jazz iii/mini picks i've tried.I personally have no idea how guitarists, especially metal/fast/heavy players use those big floppy picks for their playing. This style of pick brings you closer to the strings and just gives you that much more precision and control. I would go as far as to say standard sized picks hold guitarists back, if strong and precise attack are a must in their style. This Petrucci Primetone Jazz III from Dunlop is a true work of art. This is the pinnacle of guitar pick technology. Astonishing.

Confessions From a JP Whore...
I love JP and for the longest tried not to be a total whore... Even though I have a JP6, JP11-7, Crybaby Petrucci Wah, etc. I held out on these picks... until given one by a friend who knew I already love Primetone picks. The beveled edges make it a more comfortable pick. And now I continue my whoring ways with his picks that I can't get enough of.

Good pick but came in Dirty and Dusty.
I can play as fast as John now......LOL just kidding......Good quality pick but the pick is very dirty from the factory, Dunlop should do something about it. It's a Signature JP pick but Dunlop did shame on him(JP) by supplying a dirty dusty pick to the fans. I got to clean it with IPA before using it. Shipping was slow international, Almost a month.Take not DUNLOP.

Good picks
The picks looked bigger on amazon but they fit good and the grip is the most important issue and these won't move and they are endorsed by John petrucci
