Super reliable, and powerful.
Have been using this to vibrate wood pellets in my homemade wood pellet stove. I've cycled it several thousand times, and still works just like the first cycle. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good vibratory / strong motor.

they work
I use them on my Case eight row vacuum corn/bean planter in harsh conditions [ [ VERY HARSH ] . They work ok , the wires pull out of case , but again used under harsh conditions . I will continue to buy them because cannot find anything else

As advertised. Shipped quickly.
I'm using this for a custom project. I want it to vibrate the seat on my motorcycle as my radar detector alerts. It seems to be very sturdy and the vibration is really strong. Shipped quickly.

Does what it says, just not for terribly long.
This 12V, 3100RPM vibrational motor does work well, just not for very long. Though it's worth mentioning that the hard plastic case is a nice feature.I've owned three of these motors and my experience has resulted in the following "need to know" points for customers:1. The smart thing to do right away is to just take this thing apart, solder the wires to the motor yourself, and use the built-in strain reliefs located inside the casing. Otherwise, the wires will rip from the motor with very little force.2. If used daily, don't expect to get more than 1-3 months of use out of it. After that, all the motors that I've purchased have completely failed, or began running very sluggish while drawing far too much current. This resulted in some very hot (and one burned out) current-limiting resistors. My newest motor lasted *maybe* one month before falling.I really wish the motors in these weren't so cheap. The plastic case is a big sell for me, but the lifespan just isn't there.

Nice vibration
This is a nice simple vibrating motor assembly. They were cheap and ran off 12v power supply. I used them to make my recliner vibrating chair. Once I installed them in the cushions to help with noise these did a fantastic job, I did end up using a 5v power supply to slow down the speed of the vibration it felt more comfortable with slower vibrations.

I would not buy based on my experience.
Lasted about 10 minutes. Quit working so I just threw it away. I didn't want to mess with returning it - it's cheap. But I expected it to work longer than that.

Lots of potential uses
I connected this to a remote control relay box (Amazon: JM70A Remote Control Switch) running off a 12-volt power supply (Amazon: R-Tech New 12V 1A Switching Adapter) and stuffed it under Grandma's recliner cushion. She cannot hear so we hit the remote button and the vibration gets her attention. It may border on elderly abuse but the grandchildren love pressing the button. It is quite powerful for such a small motor. The leads are long enough to work with or extend. The plastic case seems to be sturdy enough to withstand lots of vibration.
