Poor Performance
What can i say, you go cheap you get cheap. the performance of this unit is so poor, that i ended up removing it from the car. there is really no control over the settings aside from volume up and down via the so called bass knob. i have a truck that i have a clarion crossover set up ( still on the cheaper side of units ), and it is definitely more controlled, but this is when clarion first came out with an active crossover unit. they now are poor performance as well. seems like the same kind of electronics are in the guts and the casing is stamped with whoever's name on it, as i have seen clarion, memphis, rockville, and some other names that have the exact same casing with just a different name stamped on it :( If you are looking for any kind of control / noticeable performance over your sub, spend a little more money on something that is reputable, you will be thankful that you did.

Surprisingly good 3 way crossover
Surprisingly good 3 way crossover. I was expecting it to be cheaply made, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality feel. Operates flawlessly thus far. Can't beat it for the money.

A little better than just ok.. THE CHROME POPS !
The good things 1st. The high pass out x1 or x10 frequency divider works great giving high Isolation frequencies for the person who wants to amp up some tweeters. As long as the output gain doesn't go past 3/4 the distortion noise level seems very low or non existent ( No unwanted noise on the high end is a good thing! ) . The mid output does block the lows well, however if you want to block highs and lows from your mids; this crossover will not do that, it always lets the highs through, which is understandable as it's considered a rear mid output for the guy who wants that fader control in his life. The bad thing is the low frequency isolation is muddy and leaks too much mids through. The other not so good thing is the male blade terminals for power connection soldered to the board with no other physical reinforcement, you have to be very careful when you push the terminal on or you could crack or break the board or solder joints. This thing looks really good, a little Windex on a paper towel when your all done connecting and bling bling super chrome. Would be nice if car audio stuff was as fancy looking as it was in the old school days . My 4th star is only because of the chrome..
