Good product. Definitely effective. Be warned that citruline will absorb water and start to clump. Fast&Up has put in not one, but two moisture absorbing sachets in the can. Appreciate the little detail.I find it difficult to consume this all by itself, so i mix it with flavoured collagen or my whey protein shake where it just adds some delightful tang to the taste.
