Still working on gettingthe dinasour going. Don't wanna break the machine installing the ribbon. Lookingfor a place to take it and have them do it. Let you know once that happens. Don't imagine there can be much wrong with it.

Opened up my Smith Corona Cosair recently for my college granddaughter. Been stored/sealed away for 20 years. In like new condition except for ribbon. Ordered ribbon fit perfect. 1 5/8 spool. The ribbon is on the dry side. During install, very faint ink on my finger tips.Rolled the ribbon several inches hoping for better impression. Was still very faint.

Just what your looking for. One minor thing, is that I would prefer better packaging for longer inventory.

The ribbon is fine, but considering it was advertised for a Smith Corona Correction Electric typewriter I expected a correction ribbon which this isn't. It's fine for typing, but if you need the correcting ribbon don't buy it.

They fit my manual typewriter! So happy to not have to depend on WiFi when I go to the mountains and am out of range...and there is just something romantic about writing your stories on a typewriter.
