Khapli Wheat flour for health!!!
I had come across khapli wheat flour recently on internet and read about it’s health benefits. Thought of trying it and this brand looked promising. Primary reason being this is a start-up and is fssai approved. The ideal way to identify whether it’s original or not is 1. Even after adding yeast, the bread would not rise much (because of low gluten)2. The flour after getting wet or the roti/chapati would be slightly darker in color than regular wheat flour. And this was observed for this flour as well.I would highly recommend this khapli wheat flour from this brand 👍🏼

One of the best Wheat Flour's I have tasted!
This wheat flour is a delight to make and eat. Seems definitely like Khapali. The testure is just fantastic and the phulkas are super soft.
