Product is NOT renewed. It’s used.
This “renewed” product showed up dirty, scratched, the print head is filthy and the roller needs to be cleaned. The cables and power brick are also dirty and scuffed. This product is NOT “like new”, at best it is “good used” condition. Beware other shoppers.

Great seller!
Had an issue with this about 3 weeks after receiving it. Contacted the seller here and had a replacement in a few days. Very happy with this purchase and the seller.

Ah... beware of "refurbished"....
The printer got here, and seemed to be working fine. I set it up, configured it, and everything seemed to be working. I then went to a tradeshow and left it sitting on the floor, still powered on. I came back and had to ship a bunch of orders, so it sat for a week more...I looked at it yesterday, and I do not recognize this printer. The previous menu structure on the LCD was gone, as was it's previous networking setup. Played around with it a bit--could never get the actual menu's back... acted like special-purpose hardware, asking me if it the role was "store" or "sam." Also, it kept switching display language. None of this was the previous behavior nor was it supposed to do this for this model. Nothing matched with the doc's. Eventually, it would no longer post on power-cycle. My guess is that the EEPROM has issues. Returned this unit.Warning to everyone else out there: beware of "refurbished"! Maybe you get lucky, and that's great! But chances are the reason people "returning" these were either not kind to the unit or actually outright sought to damage these prior to the return.At any rate, here's my suggestion: avoid buying refurbished. It's a risk. Choose well!Thx.

Great Value like new
I got my ZD620 printer in perfect cosmetic condition as fresh out of its box. I've been with it for a month and have printed more than 10,000 labels, all 100%.

Refurbished = defective
We've bought a half dozen of these refurbished Zebra label printers from this seller and they all have issues. Can't set a static IP, can't communicate to the printer via Ethernet, etc. Unfortunately we just have to write these refurbished printers off as unusable. It if it were one, perhaps two out of a half dozen, okay, that happens, but every single one? I can't imagine the sellers don't know they are selling fundamentally defective items.

These printers are locked by Walmart. No one can use them!
These printers are locked by Walmart. No one can use them! They would never accept any configuration. We called Zebra and they verified that these printers are Walmart printers. They basically are bricks to anyone else.
