Very Nice Color Printer, Beware Mac "Encryptions Credentials" Issue
We love this printer in our small office, as it prints very nice color prints (MUCH better than a Dell C1760NW, but I guess that's not surprising), prints relatively quickly, and has a duplexer. Yes the toner is expensive, but what laser toner isn't?The only downside so far is an issue with my MacBook Pro M1 Max that took some time to figure out. None of the Windows 10 machines had a problem, but the Mac (running Monterey) would not print. The print monitor would say there is an "Encryption Credentials" problem. After looking for help from HP's tech support online (worthless for this issue) and then searching online in general, I didn't find a fix that fit my issue. If you have this problem, here is what fixed it for me:Log on to the printer using a Web Browser and the printers IP AddressSign in as adminClick the "Networking" tab near the top of the windowClick "Other settings" on the left side>Scroll down to "Internet printing protocol (IPP) settings"Uncheck "Verify Certificate for IPP/IPPS Pull Printing"Click "Apply" at bottomRestart the Printer. You may need to restart the Mac as well. This worked for me, but after about 2 months, it happened again, I believe due to a power failure causing the printer to default it's settings. So I did the above steps again to get it working. This Mac issue is the reason for 4 stars, as the printer has been otherwise excellent so far. We've had it about 3 months.

HP SupportMade Certain I'll Never Buy Another HP Printer Again
It appears I got a defective printer. HP support was so incredibly bad that I returned this printer.I typed out a well written 2000 word account of my experience with this printer. I've been on Amazon since 1998 - but, for whatever reason Amazon would not allow my review that I spent considerable time writing the review. Reasons provided by Amazon over why my review was rejected were vague - I can only glean that Amazon did not want me to write about HP support (because that isn't directly writing about the product - the printer). However, one of the Amazon review ratings specifically mentions "Tech Support" - and, more importantly, support is an important part of a product description.Amazon will probably block this review as well - and/or shadow ban this. So guess what? I'm not going to write any reviews for Amazon - and I've spent tens of thousands of dollars through Amazon during the last 25 years.

Good printing - Horrible HP App integration
Great printing - when it prints. The HP on device menu and application make this practically unusable without fiddling EVERY single time. I used to like this model but the tool/device interaction is horrible now.

Worked great for 2 weeks then it broke
Do not buy anything from HP as they have gone from the best home/small office use printers in the business, to the absolute worst. This printer is 2 months old and cannot print in color on card stock. Absolute garbage. I have a warranty on it and so far that has been worthless also.Busiest time of my year and this crap and their garbage toner (they have leakage issues in a number of their $200+ color toners.I would rather just do it by hand than use their printers.

Nice Printer
Works great, the ink is a bit steep in price, but the results are excellent.
