Great taste
I grew up eating Naan Qalia but couldn't quite get the right taste without the masala here. I'm glad I found Lucky brand; now I can get consistent results every time.

Quite close to the Original
This Nan Qaliya Masala product is good for those who are living away from its home base. It may not give the same taste as the original nan qaliya cooked by professionals in Aurangabadi weddings but it certainly is better than those crude attempts made by the lovers of this dish to replicate the taste in far off places. The masala is light, doesn't make the dish pungent and one can get the aroma of qaliya even from a distance. Recommended.
