This took an hour for me to put together.I followed the written instructions as followed, and got really frustrated because the long screw wouldn’t tighten. I even tried turning it with my hands.It says in the last sentence for Step 2, to “Put the nut onto the long screw.” But then, the first sentence of Step 3 says to “Snap the nut into the slot of the frame foot and ensure that the nut do not move.” So I’m thinking to screw the nut into the long screw and try to push it into the frame foot. The most frustrating thing was the long screw not tightening. I watched the video a couple of times and finally realized that you just completely bypass the last sentence in step 2 and move immediately to step 3. You have to hold the nut in the frame while you tighten the long screw, like she does in the video. After that it took only 5 minutes to assemble.I’m not in any way hardware savvy so I rely on the instructions solely. To the seller: Please edit the instructions! They were very confusing.About the product itself:I haven’t used it yet, but so far I like that the wheels don’t scratch wooden floors. The bag has straps that hold it to the cart.Excited to go grocery shopping next weekend (and I’m also praying it doesn’t fall apart on me, though I’ll be carrying less than 110lbs more than likely) and use it! Will practice on the stairs first to see how the wheels work with some gallon waters in there. Will update after using it !!

This was quite easy to assemble & took me maybe 5 minutes. I found that by holding the nut in place with a wrench, it & the long screw tightened much better.

It is easy to put together. It stays together when bounced for a mile on broken streets. It is easy to get on the bus or climb steps.

The cart is perfect for shopping. Very easy to maneuver around. Large enough for grocery bags, but folds down to be compact to store.

This is a basic stair climbing bag. It works better than the regular ones going up and downstairs. It’s very wide so you can fit different items in it. Extremely sturdy stands up on its own. I recommend it highly

I purchased this item because I recently moved into a townhome in which the lady I share it with lives downstairs, and I live upstairs. I knew that it was going to be difficult carrying things (like laundry and groceries) up and down the stairs. This item is more clunky than I'd hoped it would be and a little hard to maneuver, especially around corners and through tight spots. The function that allows it to be folded up for storage doesn't really work so great. It will automatically start to fold up onto itself which makes its practicality a little questionable. I'm still deciding if I want to keep it if the disadvantages outweigh the advantages. If I do, I'lk be looking for another similar product with fewer problems.
