Q: Why is it more expensive on here than actually ordering from ikea?

It is not actually cheaper compared to Ikea online ordering. Ikea online price is misleading when comparing to the final price. Please verify, but when you order the item it is an automatic shipping charge of about $10 + plus tax. The final price plus all charges are extremely different from Amazon. Ikea is different like that and not all Ikea fans live next door to an Ikea to take advantage of the in store price. Amazon allows customers to enjoy the product and still be cost effective.

No, but you can buy sheet sets or pillow cases for it separately.

Q: Anyone use this on a baby under 1?

It is not recommended to use a pillow in an infants bed. This works best as a toddler training pillow.
