It's sad that a subscriber needs to buy a remote. The Cable company exchanged my old remote but the one they gave me is not compatible with the DVR and they no longer have this remote in stock.This remote is great with my DVR and has pause, fast forward, rewind options where the remote the cable gave me did not.

The remote was identical to the Spectrum remote. I needed a second one.

Just like the one I had and works the same. Had to program every function on new one (still trying to program volume) and it was a bit of a pain, so patience is required. Worth noting my new one DID NOT come with instructions.
