Disappointing
Easy to install. Sometimes these cartridges can be a bit messy to set up, however, this one was not. The sticker strip peeled off easily and no ink was spilled. The print is nice and even and I have had no trouble whatsoever with the cartridge.Update** This cartridge worked well for 2 years. The cartridge I had before this one lasted until the ink ran out. After 2 years there was plenty of ink powder left when black lines appeared throughout the printed pages. I cleaned the rollers over and over, but it did no good as there was a powder leak somewhere and as I cleaned, they again were dirtied by the underlying powder. I use this printer lightly and am careful when handling the cartridge. I have no desire or expertise to explore this matter further, so I ordered another cartridge made by a different manufacturer.

Responsive customer service
I purchased a toner cartridge for my old HP Laserjet 4000. All my printouts came out with smudges all over the page. After contacting the company they quickly sent me a replacement that works perfectly. As long as my old 4000 keeps chugging along I will continue to buy my toner from this seller.

Could not find this product on the HP site. Tried here and bought it for a fantastic price. It works the same as the original toner. Great value and works perfect.

I am very happy with this unit. There are no print quality issues like I've had with other vendor's units (ghosting, smudges, lines, etc.) I only wish they had one compatible with my Hp 5SI (C3909X/A)...

QC checked my arse. -Total junk - leaked toner all over the inside of my printer - beware
Installed this toner cartridge and first print was thick wet sticky toner all over the right side of the paper. Tried one more print and same result. Opened cover and the inside which was pristine was now cover in thick black toner. QC checked my arse. Now have to take apart printer and clean the inside.

Clear, crisp text and pictures
I needed a replacement cartridge for my old HP Laserjet 4000. Our usual supplier no longer carriers them. I'm so happy with this cartridge and will buy another one when they become available again.
