These are great. Many multivitamins have a terrible aftertaste in my opinion, but these don’t. I wish they were smaller, but they do serve their purpose - they’re the only multivitamin I’ve been able to stick to.

I ordered these after being diagnosed with PCOS. A YouTuber had recommended them. While the pills a kind of large, they do pack so many vital vitamins. Highly recommend these

Great multi vitamin especially for the price point

It's been about a month with these vitamins and I'm pretty content with my purchase. I have energy and I don't experience constipation anymore. That was a chronic issue with my precious multi vitamins that they would give me gastrointestinal issues. I am glad my doctor recommended these to me.

Have had more energy since taking this.

So I know this is always a risk with multivitamins because several vitamins/minerals have the potential to cause nausea (iron, zinc, magnesium), but due to the reputability of this company and the purity of ingredients, I was really hoping this one was different. As a trial, I tried taking a whole tablet twice - with food - and experienced a distracting level of nausea both times. It persisted for several hours and unfortunately just isn't something I can put up with day-to-day, as it prevents me from focusing on my work.However, I did try a third time - half a tablet, still with food - and did not have any issues. To me, this means that the balance of vitamins/minerals is perhaps not ideal. (Although I am 4'9" and only 119lbs, so maybe at my size, the RDA is slightly too much.) I will probably continue taking half a tablet as long as I don't experience any issues.

Made me constipated. No taste. Kinda big vitamin.
