Nice quality
The handle is perfectly long, and the peel is made of metal which allows the pizza to slide around easily. The ridge along the edge is perfect for spinning the pizza.

Pizza peel
Perfect size to rotate the pizza but I was disappointed because the handle is to short . My wood oven gets very hot so a long handle is a must.

this size not as described, it's may be 15 cm not 16 inch and this is not true at all!

The smaller diameter is perfect for small oven.
I use this on a 12" pizza oven and it works great. It's small enough that I can rotate a pizza, but large enough to hold the pizza, once cooked. I do have to tighten the screws on the handle every once in a while.
