Work well, but require included metal loops
I bought these after my Crocs for Work straps broke and I couldn't buy a replacement from Crocs. These were more expensive than I was anticipating, but was really the only option I found so I went for it. I was hopeful that I could use the straps without removing the rivets and metal loops that my shoes had, but the straps this comes with were too wide to use the original built-in loops on the shoes. Once I replaced everything on the shoes with what came in this kit, everything fit properly and worked well and is very comfortable. Overall, I'm glad that I purchased this despite it not being quite as easy to put in as I was originally hoping.

Good but unexpected downside
The straps are awesome and better than the croc originals…. However, you have to use a different rivet that protrudes out and catches on things. I’ve caught it on a bicycle crank arm and kicked my left foot with my other foot breaking the internal rivets now on multiple occasions. My solution was just to take the straps off and not have sport mode. I’m going to have to rig up a metal rivet/screw to avoid the breaking…

Crocs usable again
I use my crocs around the farm. Unfortunately one strap broke and allowed the shoe to repeatedly come off when working in rough terrain. Very irritating. I have size 14 feet and other replacement straps were too short to reach properly. These were adjustable with Velcro, metal rivets and neoprene cushioning around the back. They are great and my crocs go everywhere now.

Worked for what I needed but they were too wide to go into the original loops so they had to be changed out.

Totally Universal
The media could not be loaded. This is my first ever review so long story short I bought my nursing shoes 3 months back and can’t return them because it’s too late. I didn’t wear the shoes because back of the heel is low and tends to slide off so at 2:30am I came up with the idea of adding straps and I came across this product. Never placed an order so fast and boom! Two days later I added a tiny hole to my shoes with a needle then added the rivets & straps. I’ve been wearing them for a month now and they work great. No more sliding, totally adjustable, and it’s padded so it’s very comfortable.

Have the right tools for this
I was nervous to order these. I had read other reviews about struggling to replace the old croc straps. However, good news. It was a struggle to get the old snaps and old straps off. I ended up using hobby snippers to cut the thinner disc on the original snap like trying to cut flower petals. Doing that, they snapped off. Eventually the rod if the snap was small enough I could pull it out. Don't bother with scissors or pliers. You need to break the discs apart. Once that was done, you can get the new straps and new snaps on easily.To my surprise, I actually find the new straps significantly more comfortable. The rubbery old straps were uncomfortable and rubbed, and the velcro was LOUD. I actually didn't wear the crocs at all because just walking was obnoxious. New straps equal less noise and much softer fabric.I guess I'm lucky with sizing, because I didn't have to punch new holes to move the straps or do much adjustment on the straps at all to resize. So far.. I'm not having issues with the new snaps sticking out farther than the originals and catching on things. Apparently that is an issue for a lot of people. I guess I'll have to wait and see to see if they last.
