When I first installed these, they worked well. After my first print, I got an error on the color cartridge which I never could resolve. It said to reinstall/replace it, so I just printed in black and white. After I printed the second time, I got the same error on the black cartridge. I never could get it to work to print. I am returning both cartridges since they were hardly used. This is the first time that I’ve had any cartridge issues even with off brands.

All printing was pink instead of the color it was supposed to be. The company spokesman was very pleasant and helpful, and friendly.No problem with the company, just this product didn't work in our printer

Speedy delivery. Both cartridges work great. It took 4 pages of color documents before the print was excellent, but after that I am very pleased. Save money too.

Both the color and black ink cartridges work great, were immediately recognized by my printer and print beautifully.

After turning off the cartridge protection setting, this worked great.

They came within a few days...very fast delivery !! I live up in the Rocky Mountains and their is noone in my area that sells HP Envy 5660 ink cartridges !!!! I tried these and they work great. Very happy !!

First off installing lxtek 62 xl ink into my HP 5660 envy printer was very easy. I test printed a few pages and compared them to my hp ink and I dare say the color was amazing. I am still printing strong with my lxtek ink and I will be coming back for more. This is my honest unbiased option and the these ink and these guys are doing great. Thank you

These remanufactured ink cartridges came very quickly, were expertly packaged and snapped right in to my printer! I have not used them yet, but trust they will live up to the already excellent reviews! Thank you!
