Fixed my husband’s aches and pains in neck and upper back
I got this for my husband who has neck pain and upper back pain as a result of being a truck driver. He’s wore it every day since I got it and he hasn’t noticed any pain in his neck or upper back since using this. So obviously it must be working. worked fine...until it fell apart
I can't find anywhere to communicate with the seller. The "window:" for a return is over...It lasted for about 6 months and then the string broke. There is no contact information on the "store" site. A replacement would be nice.
