Very comfortable medium protection motorcycle boot
Update June 24. I'll leave the comments below so that you can see the sizing issues etc. But I have to update my review since I now have nearly a thousand miles on these and several rides long and short. They are the best road boots I have ever owned. They are all day comfortable and I enjoy wearing them and riding in them.Very comfortable boot. I wanted a motorcycle boot that I could wear on casual rides and long trips that did not make me look like a space alien or walk like a robot and would be good for a bit of walking or hiking at my destination. These boots fit the bill perfectly. They are easy to walk in with a super comfortable insole and they function perfectly on the bike (Versys 650 and KLX300) being just trim enough to go under and back over the shift lever easily.Sizing is a bit weird though. Klim doesn't do half sizes. I am always a 10.5 and standard width in any boot, shoe or sneaker that I buy so I had to go a half size up to an 11. What I got was a clown sized toe box that had the front of my feet swimming around especially on the bike. So those went back and I went down to a 10 and got a much better fit but still a bit odd as the back of the boot is a bit tight (the laces are mostly wide open) but the toe box is still a bit large. I wouldn't mention any of this since the boot is still comfortable but I otherwise have "perfect" 10.5D feet so these sizing issues were weird. Now on the bike. Very comfortable. Flex just right at the ankle so that shifting and braking is easy and natural. There are some vent holes in the leather and at speed with the toes angled just right you can feel just a tad of fresh air moving inside the boot. Another minor issue, that probably isn't for other people, that I'd like to mention. There is no step to the heel, the sole is completely flat except for the subtle thread pattern. On my Alpine Stars road boots there is a subtle rise to the heel. On a bike like the Versys which has a very classic sport or adventure touring foot peg location (feet under you, toes down) there is noting to "hang" your feet on. With the Alpine Stars that subtle heel rise keeps your feet on the pegs when you are just cruising, on the Klims you kinda have to hold them there.OK two nits on sizing and no heel so I didn't give them 5 stars but otherwise a very good boot that I will be wearing for most of my street rides.

Nice boots
So far so good. Comfortable, good traction, and look great. I normally wear 9.5 wide . I got a size 10 and they are perfect. I like how the laces are stiff bc they don’t slip undone. These are rated as a boot with better protection than a normal leather work boot. Worth the $.

Awesome boots
**** UPDATE****** laces are the weak point. Replace them with better quality laces or paracord ASAP. After wearing these a couple of times each week for the last 4-5 months the laces are getting very badly worn. Soles are getting some wear but overall in good shape.I bought these mainly for riding my motorcycle, but these boots are so comfortable I wear them even when I’m not on my bike. I have only had them about a month and have worn them quite a bit. I don’t how long they will hold up compared to brands like redwing or others, but so far so good! Happy with my purchase. True to size, a bit snug at first, day or two later they were fine.

Wrong color
Like the boot but clearly it has a black sole but the ad shows gray sole. I wasn't looking for a boot that was all black :(

Very hard to get a foot in!
I really wanted to like these lightweight summer riding boots. BUT, take a look at the photo I’ve attached. The Klim boot is on the left and my Skechers boot on the right. The tongue on the Klim boot is sewn in place so much higher on the neck of the boot. That makes it very difficult to slip your foot into the boot. These boots aren’t sold as waterproof so there’s no reason for the tongue gaiter to be up so high.Next, is the sizing. I wanted these boots because they are sold with a great pair of orthotic insoles. But the boots are made uncomfortably narrow with the insoles in place. Klim must have known that the boots ran small because they also include a pair of very thin, cheap insoles inside the box. In size 13, these boots definitely are a narrow width with the orthotic insoles fitted and probably a US 12.5 size.

Small
Ordered my size but these boots fit really small. So tight at the toe box that my toes were starting to tingle after about 15 minutes.

nice boots
98% of the time I'm a 10 1/2 wide. I put my info in their fit guide and it said to order the 10 regular. To my surprise they fit perfect with just a little break in, like 4 hours around the house. I put some glove oil on also to help the break in. I like these, I shelved a 2nd pair. That says it all, using 1 pr for work.
