Much better than OEM
These will last longer than OEM gears. That said if you tend to full throttle from a dead stop, do Ollies or are plain reckless when it comes to landing under wide open throttle, they will eventually strip and wear out. I’m the latter and I can still get 3-4 sets of 4’s lipos out of my XRT before I notice slippage/gear grind. But hey, getting a chance to tear down and fix your RC is part of the fun right?

Gears look nice and strong. Just because they did not fit my RC doesn’t mean they are bad.

Excellent Mod 1 Gears
I am converting a Thunder Tiger Mirage Pro from nitro to brushless, and these gears were PERFECT! The quality is exceptional, the meshing is flawless and they are very robust.

Grub screws are loose inside of package
The media could not be loaded. Each pinion comes with his own grub screw but they are not installed so when you open up the package be careful not to lose them

5 star but packaging is has wrong description.
You will get a package that says 1/4" shaft size (6.25mm) and feel sad. Ignore it! The pinions inside are 5mm, as you ordered. Seem fine so far.
