Plantronics Moisture-Resistant Earphones - Wireless - Bluetooth with Charging Case Cobalt Black (204352-01)

I bought this one about two months before. When I used that one, I realized one of largest eartips was defective and cannot hold earbud. Seller said, he cannot do anything after one month (he said, one month time begun on purchase time) and said me to contact Plantronics. And plantronics (Now Poly) recommended me to buy a new spare parts kit, they wouldn't replace ear tip. They meant, for only one eartip, I should give money for a spare kit more than a whole products (with case) half price. (They said consumable parts was not in warranty terms, but I did not consume their ear tip, even in their web site, it was written that, they are in warranty, if defect was upon purchase)You should use largest ear tips because medium ones worse than Go2's tips, and get outside noise much, so you should listen music on higher volumes and on high volumes, sound is distorted if you use medium ones.This is my 3rd Backbeat Go earbud. I had used two Backbeat Go2 before this. But I dont recommend a Plantronics/Poly product anybody, anymore after this product and companies lack of support.

Just as I have come to expect from Plantronics, these BackBeat Go 3's are great. I now have the BackBeat Pros, Go 3s and 2 pairs of the Fits. Each serve a different purpose and all function superbly. All of them pair up with my Mac, my iPhone and my Apple Watch flawlessly.I love the Pros when I am sitting at my desk but they are a bit bulky for my travel preferences. The Fits are hands down the best buds I have ever worked out in but they are not noise cancelling (by design). The Go 3s are the best of both worlds. They fit snug, thus eliminating most noise, and are more convenient for me to travel with. And the carrying case that does double duty as a charger that gives me 2 extra charges on the go is a nifty bonus.Not only do all of these give me exceptional sound quality, there is no one in the marketplace that can touch these guys on battery life. My first pair of Fits are almost 2 yrs old now and I still get more life out of a charge than most of the other brands out of the box.I listen to music all day, everyday so they all get a lot of use and they are as durable as you could ever hope for.All of you Beats and Bose heads don't know what you are missing. Pound for pound, feature for feature, quality for quality and value for value I'll put my Plantronics up against those other guys any day.

I purchased this product since I was happy with Backbeat Go 2 (owned two of them previously). When I received this product from the seller "Blue Point" it would never charge. I was never able to turn on the headset. When charging it just blinked a red light, for hours. It never held a charge and would never turn on. Very disappointing to wait to use my new Backbeat Headset only to find out it was a waste of money and time to unsuccessfully try to get it to work.

The media could not be loaded. Even after hours of charging, the headset doesn’t switch on. When plugged in, the red light blinked rapidly, clearly signaling something wrong. It looks like it’s a refurbished item or the battery is completely dead and won’t charge at all, and even the replacement item is the same.Also, the return by mail for any item with a lithium battery could be more trouble and hugely expensive than it’s worth.The 1 star is given for Amazon to discretionarily fully refund the purchase.

I love these ear buds. These are my second pair. Lost the first pair. Tried several others including apple air pods but they would never stay in my ears while I was running. So I bought another pair of my trusty plantronics ear buds and I can run happy again! these stay in my ears, sound is very good, comfort is fantastic and they sync up to my Bluetooth every time. I’ve used other ear buds that were temperamental with bluetoooth. With the plantronics, I synced it once and now it reliably syncs immediately every time I turn the ear buds on. Battery life could be a bit longer but it’s still plenty of battery life. About 6 hours.

The sound quality is good for the price. My biggest complaint is that you cannot get the original factory ear tips for this. They have ones made for it, but they are not exact fit and that really irks me

Great sound as usual and should last as long as my last ones, Backseat Go 2 (4 years). Let's start out with why I finally upgraded, the battery was only lasting about an hour and for a quick few mile run that's fine. My life involves being active and college. There are plenty of moments in a college students life where outside noise needs to subside to study, write a paper or do homework. These and the last Backseats I got do a great job of that. Having a battery that lasts more than an hour now means I can go farther without taking a break to charge my damn headphones, nice! The fitment was excellent as with the last Backseats, they never fall out no matter what situation I get into.Now, there was one thing I dislike and one thing that became a problem once. The cord that connects the two ear buds, to me, is heavier and a tad bit longer than the Backseat 2. The cord on the last Backseat was perfect. This one gets annoying when running because it flies everywhere. My solution was to tuck it into my hat and it worked like a charm. Now, the only issue that I have ever had so far is an interrupted connection. The only thing that fixed it was turn off the headphones and turn them back on. After that they work great. Another happy purchase and happy customer.
