I work from home doing transcription and I was in desperate need of a new office chair. I previously had fabric chairs but honestly the padding inside breaks down quickly. I knew I wanted a chair with mesh but couldn't find what I wanted for a decent price. I decided to look on Amazon to see what was available. This chair caught my eye. I was skeptical but figured what the heck, if it's not what I want I can return it. So surprised at the quality and how easy it was to put together. There seat has plenty of room and the curve really gives my back support. I LOVE IT. I've recommended it to my sister and I think she's going to purchase one also.

This lightweight office chair rolls easily over heavy carpeted flooring. After 4 days delays with different excuses from FedEx I got the 2 chairs in a single badly beaten box. Fortunately all the parts were still in the box. I only had one problem with the assembly process (times 2 chairs) which was the same capture nut on the bottom of the firm and wide seat. The capture nut was about 3/16" offset from the slotted armrest frame which made it very difficult to get the screw to set straight into the seat. There was the fear of stripping the capture nut. By keeping the other fastening screws very loose one can apply enough sideways pressure on the armrest to get an nut/screw slot alignment to get the screw to properly capture.

Arrived on time, easy to assemble & looks good with my desk.

Every piece came wrapped individually, nothing broken, came with instructions and as long as you follow them it should assemble very easily. Assembled in one episode of Law & Order lol. Only complaint is comfort if you have back issues may want a pillow to sit on but works for me without it.

I love this chair! I am 5 ft tall and don't weigh much over 100 lbs. On most chairs (even car seats) The seat is too deep and /or big causing my legs to not reach the floor. This chair fits perfectly and it has the lumbar support needed for comfort. The chair went together well and it rolls nicely on our carpet. On top of all the positive points I've made so far, I must say the low price paid for this chair is unbelievable and it is quite attractive to boot! Thanks Amazon!

Great chair

I tried the chair as is and found the seat very uncomfortable and the mesh backing is scratchy. I added pillows and covered the back with a t-shirt and it isn't much better. I have back issues and I was hoping it would be the right chair for me. I have really tried to make this chair work and even tightened the screws after 3 months as suggested (was surprised they really needed to be tightened 😮)!I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I didn't want to be mean. It is a chair that doesn't cost a lot, but why pay money to sit in agony? I guess the lesson here that I learned is spend more and get something better. I am about 5'4" and weigh 100 lbs. The size of the chair was fine, just not the comfort level. It may be more comfortable for people who don't have back issues.

First Of all when I bought this chair it was alright. the build was not too hard just a bit confusing. I've Been using it for about a month and the first thing i noticed when i got it was that the plastic was cracked. This wasn't that bad for me. But then in about 3 days it started squeaking. This Was the most frustrating thing. And now. One of the armrests screw will not go in anymore. I've tried the replacement screw and nothing.
