Better than expected
Great value for money, for the price the trees were better than expected. One had got damaged during delivery but customer service was first class and resolved very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Early arrival and perfect condition!
Three beautiful little plants with not a twig broken. Each was carefully packed in a pot with damp compost in its own plastic bag with a label. They came a day early, which was great, and are now, like three kings, waiting in the wings for the show to begin. Thank you very much to all concerned. I will take great care of these beauties.

Poor Quality Plants
Total waste of money. All three plants arrived looking half dead. Am an experienced horticulturist and looked after them to the best of my ability. Seller showed no particular interest in discussing the poor quality of the acers. One had two meagre offshoots off a minuscule stem.All plants are now dead despite being kept out of the wind and protected from frost.
