Bang for the buck! Update.
Been using these Tenergy premium pro AA for a little over a month now, so far they've been a great value.Logitech Harmony Remote. Some may already know this but Logitech remotes can be a little finicky when it comes to batteries. I could only get specific brands to work when buying standard AAs. No matter the brand, they would go dead fairly quickly. Remote is working great and batteries are still showing full charge.XboxI am a daily gamer that can go through a 20 pack of AAs in less than a week. I've been using various rechargable packs built for the controller and while charge and play is awesome, none of the 5 or so I've used lasted longer than 6 months. In the past 3 weeks I've only charged 3 times. (I turn off vibrate to increase life)I'll be sure to follow up after a few months of use. As of now they're perfect. Interested to see lifespan, as of now they're performing better than my Energizer NiMH.After a couple of months of use I can only recommend them more. They're holding up great and continue to sustain charge after 25+ recharges. I'll be ordering about 8 more and be set.

NIMH chemistry batteries that deliver
I recently purchased two outdoor trail camera's which came with solar panels that charged batteries which supplied the necessary power to the camera. These solar chargers arrived with unbranded NIMH chemistry batteries. Each panel required 6 batteries so 12 total. To make a long story short for this review, only 1 battery of the 12 was "good" and would actually charge. 2 batteries would error out on the charger and the remainders would never complete a charge, they only got hotter the longer they were on the charger. Very unsafe! This is where the Tenergy Batteries come into play.. I've learned that Tenergy is about as good as it gets with this chemistry for these types of devices. Long lasting and readily charged. Fortunately I had them on hand to replace the faulty batteries I was given. Saved the day so to speak.I've also have and use Eneloop batteries but their size make it difficult to use in some devices, they have a larger diameter than the Tenergy batteries in the AA size plus their MH capacity is lower.IMHO Tenergy is the way to go.

Slippery!
These batteries seem to work fine, but good grapenuts, are they ever slippery! They'll give anyone a case of butterfingers. They slip right out of your grasp while you try to fit them into a battery compartment, and they fly everywhere when you pop them out of the charger. Handling more than two at a time is a recipe for disaster. If you're planning to use them outdoors, maybe lightly sand the coating to give your fingers a little more grip.

Long time user.
Update:After being assisted by customer service, a solution was found and everything still rocks.I've been rocking Tenergy AA batteries for years. Very dependable. I'm a photographer and use up to 42 AAs at a time. I have starting replenishing my supply and decided to try these upgraded versions. The first order arrived with no charge and will not charge on my chargers (Tenergy 12 Bay chargers) I have chatted with Amazon and submitted my concern to the seller. Waiting on the response now. I have the 20pack arriving soon and I hope they are proper! I'm hoping I just got some duds and things are made right so I can pump up the stars and continue to be a Tenergy believer!

Great Rechargable Batteries at an Amazing Value
Absolutely love these batteries! I'm the type of nerd who does research on battery types and subbrands when I started looking at alternatives to alkaline batteries. The biggest issue with rechargeables is that some types and brands hold less "energy" than an alkaline battery. There's a whole lot of technical details but I spent a ton of time finding a certain name brand with batteries made in Japan that had a white core. Recently some wall clocks we bought were eating through regular batteries and I went searching once again and found this remarkable Tenergy Pro batteries. Let me tell you... the batteries live up to the hype behind them.Like all rechargable batteries, these might give false readings on when the battery is 'low' but these charge up quickly, and work exactly as you want and last a really really long time. Love them and recommend them to everyone I know.

Good high-capacity NiMH AA batteries
I've been using Imedion 2400mAh AA rechargeable NiMH batteries for over a decade and only now a couple have started to fail so I looked to see what the latest NiMH AA batteries were available these days and I came across these. I was happy to see the capacity has increased a bit from 2400 to 2800mAh. I was also happy to see, like the Imdeions, they could actually have a capacity slightly higher than they are rated. A couple of the Imedions would regularly charge up to just over 2500mAh after they were fully broken in. So I was pleased when the first time I charged these up from being pretty much fully discharged, they hit 2960mAh. And they are not even fully broken in yet so their capacity could end up even slightly higher which is great. Of course longevity remains to be seen and I'll update this review if I run into any issues but right now they're looking very good indeed. So do yourself a favor and if you're not already, start using rechargeable batteries like these instead of the single use throw away types. You'll be glad you did and so will your pocketbook!
