Air fryer works great!
I had never used an air fryer before and decided to purchase this one since it’s also a toaster oven. So far everything I have “air fried” tasted wonderful.

Shipping Sucks
Great oven. Delivery time of 3 weeks sucked. Could have bought at Macy’s and been using for day one either no wait!

Best appliance in my kitchen!
Ever since I received this, I have been using it more than my conventional oven! I love that I can air fry salmon and veggies at the same time in the basket and it comes out with restaurant quality results! Tastes so good! So easy to use! So easy to clean! It’s very energy efficient and won’t heat up the place, so it’s not hard on your energy bill during the summer months! Also, it’s non-toxic and chemical free cooking. It made of stainless steel! I’m so happy with this purchase! No regrets!

temperature is difficult
I purchased this toaster oven to replace my gas oven (which has been turned off due to a gas leak). Overall I am pleased with the various functions. The air fry is handy and does produce crispy fries. The solid tray that comes with the product is awful. It is impossible to clean. Cannot get grease off. Cannot use anything abrasive. It is surprisingly bad quality for this caliber product. I also do not like the analog temperature setting. It seems to run hotter than what is dialed in. I will have to purchase a separate oven thermometer to correctly calibrate. I note this as food cooks quickly and if not carefully watched can easily burn.

Love it!
We upgraded to this model with an air fryer only because our old, smaller Cuisinart oven was starting to look pretty sad and I wanted a newer, bigger one. I'd also been curious about air fryers but wasn't really seeking that out, this model just checked all the other boxes and happened to have that. We've had it about 6 months now and love it more than I realized one could love a toaster oven. We did find that the air fryer might be TOO good and too hot so we've stopped using it, but the payoff is that the regular and convect bake settings do what I assume an air fryer is meant to do...they cook very well, very fast, and very evenly, with the perfect amount of crisp. We have had to adjust all cook times and temperatures down quite a bit for this model, but once you get the hang of it it's totally worth it since you're really just saving time and getting a better result.Highly recommend this toaster oven!

You need this in your life
I use this appliance literally every day. It's very convenient and FAST as an air fryer, and it's way healthier than frying in oil. I hardly use my big oven at all since I got this. I used the first one to its demise and am now on my second one. I recommend staying on top of cleaning, including the crumb tray. Once you learn the configuration to use for each application, it's just a breeze to use. And it looks great on the countertop too. Love love love it! And did you know you can air fry butternut squash? And broccoli? You can, and it tastes great!

Soft rubber inside cooking area, nice side of rubber particles with every meal.
This will be a bit of an oddball review. I ordered a like-new open-box item from Amazon Resale, but instead received a completely beat up trashed filthy grease caked oven that looked like it had been used and abused for a decade. That's not a fault on the product but on Amazon's returns inspection dept, but one thing I did notice about the product for the short time I had it, was that internally under the door in front of the crumb tray there's a piece of soft rubber. I don't really know what it's purpose is, but on the unit I received, the rubber was completely worn out and ripped up by the previous owner. I can't even fathom why Cuisinart would put a piece of rubber INSIDE THE COOKING AREA to get roasted every cooking session, heating it up and infusing the aroma of rubber into all your foods.Even if I did get a like-new unit like I originally ordered, I would still have returned it.

Mixed feelings
I stayed at an Airbnb that had this oven, and it made PERFECT sweet potato fries without even having to flip them. It also baked wonderfully, so I decided to order one for myself. However, I'm wonder if the oven I got is a dud. Here are the issues:1. The oven runs hotter than the indicated temperature. For example, the user manual says to set the oven to 400F for airfrying frozen fries and to put the airfryer basket in the top position--But this results in a burnt mess! So now I put the basket in the lower position and set the temperature to 325F. But that took a lot of trial and error (i.e., plenty of burnt batches of fries)!2. The airfryer basket is hard to clean. I airfried some breaded cod filets, and bits of it got stuck in the basket. I scrubbed and scrubbed, but the only way to get the bits of food out was by poking each hole of the basket with a toothpick. Not wanting to spend all night doing that, I decided to soak it overnight in soapy water. Well, the next day I discovered the basket had rusted!3. The pan stained permanently after just one use. All I baked was a frozen breaded chicken cutlet, and I even sprayed it with oil first. From now on I’ll just line the pan with foil paper.
