A little salty
Definitely worth trying in a sample pack before a large quantity purchase. Expensive but worth trying. The taste and texture better than prosciutto.

Terrible stale taste and texture.
I was truly disappointed about the look and taste of the jamon. I was so looking forward to try it again and it was really disgusting. It was not at all fresh due to possible poor management. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy here of you’re looking for a gourmet experience as ibérico ham should be.It didn’t even come in a cold packaging.
