Very good product.
Very pleased with this ají amarillo. Now I can prepare my papa a la huancaina. It's very easy to peel the skin from the ají.

Damaged cans, botulinum at your risk
Unfortunately I had to toss both cans I purchased since they arrived dented and was inedible due to botulinum risk.
