Nice Replacement
Fits good as an OEM part. Would have given it 5 stars if it was an OEM part. No GM stamp on the part. I thought I was buying OEM.

Missing retainer clips
Step is correct but not able to install because tge clips are missing .

Does not fit!
As others have stated, this replacement pad is too short! By the time you start the pegs into the holes the end peg doesn't reach and tries to break off. Mine did break off and I am returning it.
