The media could not be loaded. Easy start. Noticed that the right side was something like 10% if compared with left side. After not much more than 1 minute, the screen was on, but no pulse... I thought it was flat battery, so left it charging for 3h. Try again and guess what, same, screen on but nothing. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

I started to use this product because my feet became very painful with pulling sensations. It works but the electricals stings feel uncomfortable, the painful sensation did stop but you have to keep using it daily as it does not irradicate the problem.

Good useful item

Nice little gadget, fairly easy to use and I think it helped a little. Used half a dozen times or so then stopped working, which I presumed meant it needed charging. No problem, charged it, switched in on again and it worked for approx 5 seconds before dying. Charged it again, same thing.Just over a month since I got it so no chance to return it, and double disappointed as I'd wanted to be able to use it when my daughter is in hospital next month .If you want something you can use a few times then ditch, buy it. If not, don't!

It actually works. However, if you have dry feet it won't. So here's what you do. Rub the mat (keeping to the image of the feet) with hand cream (Nivea or something similar). This increases the conductivity and Bingo! You have a really good foot massager that works. The balls of my feet felt thick and heavy but are relieved after I've used my foot massager. Recommend it.

I brought it then looked at the instructions and that’s when I found out I couldn’t use it because I suffer with high blood pressure but easy to return the item no fuss

After initial disappointment it is now working great. At first I could only feel effects if I turned up to level 8 or 9 and it felt stronger on one side. After a little investigation I read that rubbing a little water based gel or conductive gel into the skin would improve the effect especially if you have dry or thicker skin. I used a little aloe Vera on the soles of my feet and now all is fine and I only need to use level 3.
