Over the years I have purchased many different refills for my Cross ballpoint pen and most times it is from the manufacturer (Cross) and from time to time these inks don't work or they stop working shortly after changing refills. Many times the store doesn't have the color I want or the point (medium, fine) I am looking for.However- I have found these refills from MONTEVERDE work great, have a great ink viscosity with little to no ink blotching like you get with any ballpoint pen. Here on Amazon you can even select from a very wide range of colors since I personally like to use the purple and brown colors for various forms I fill out.I should also stress that the price here for these refills can't be beat by any other stores and most times you can get 2 inks cheaper then the price of one Cross refill - try it for yourself and see.

I use different coloured ball point pens for record keeping. The refills must be the old non-smearing ink, not the gel ink which is currently popular but runs when wet. These are real ball point pen refills snd work very well.

I've heard such good things about these. They are good. They just didn't blow me away.That said:I do definitely recommend them. They work well and the color is great. Do not hesitate to refill your pens with these.

This Monteverde refill for Cross pens does NOT compare with the AUTHENTIC Cross ballpoint pen refill! This Monteverde refill is SCRATCHY, the ink has POOR color, and the ink is thin. Luckily for me, I only purchased six refills -- what a waste of money! I would never buy these refills again! They do NOT compare with authentic Cross refills!If you want a fantastic ballpoint refill for your Cross pen then you should purchase the authentic BROAD Cross blue ballpoint refill: the authentic BROAD blue Cross ballpoint pen refill is smooth, has great ink color, and wonderful ink coverage! Buy the real thing -- don't waste your money on this AWFUL substitute!

Purchased to use as refills for my Cross pens because I wanted to bright purple ink. Not only are these refills compatible, I prefer them to Cross refills as their ink is on the dry side and doesn't deposit well even on high quality paper (in my experience.) I'll be sticking with these going forward.

Replacement was the dark purple I was looking for! Fit perfectly with my hand lathe custom pen!

I received these two refills Amna am very pleased with them. I usually only use fine refills but these write beautifully, with a very smooth feel, and very nice color. I have a purple portfolio and they go well together. FYI, I also bought the purple Cross refill and am returning it. I will definitely purchase these again.Updated, I flew tp CA and one pen refill basically exploded leaking all the ink into the barrel. It was a mess and stained my hands purple for days. The second refill was fine. I've spent an hour cleaning it out with alcohol. Still have mired work to do!

Buena duración, buen color.

Son los segundos que pido, ya que tengo un bolígrafo que usa este sistema y escriben de una manera genia, se desliza muy bien y es un azul muy vivo. Por poner algún pero, en ocasiones si haces una línea recta, se puede quedar algo de tinta en el borde, pero en escritura normal no pasa.

Ich habe lange nach einer pinkfarbenen Mine gesucht. Ihr kennt das vielleicht, man hat einen Kugelschreiber der gut in der Hand liegt, egal ob der teuer oder billig war, man möchte ihn nicht missen. Dann ist die Mine die man mit dem Kuli gekauft hat, irgendwann leer. Ich habe nach dem Modell der Mine gesucht, und dann kam zufällig die Mine die pink schreibt, die habe ich direkt bestellt, den Preis (9,81 €) fand ich … naja, aber alleine wegen der Farbe war es mir das wert, jetzt im Moment ist der Preis auch auf 6,80 € gesenkt worden. Als die Bestellung kam, habe ich mich umso mehr gefreut, denn es waren 2 Minen, ich habe das irgendwie in der Beschreibung überlesen. Und dann direkt in meinen Kuli rein und los geschrieben, sehr geil, die Farbe super tolles pink, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Good delivery period but products do not work at all. Have bought 3 packs of these, and have notmanaged to wrire a single sentence! Thats 6 refills that did not last more rhan a perfunctory start-up squiggle!
