It has helped since taking my labs.

It helped lowering my cholesterol in conjunction with another similar product.

I can not give my opinion yet that's why I giving 3 star, my doctor what to repeat my labs after I finish the bottle I'm taking 2, ones a day. I will get back with my results and keep you posted.

Hubs has been taking a red yeast rice supplement for several years to help keep his cholesterol levels in check and it seems to be working. The supplement he's been taking delivers 600 mg red yeast rice/capsule whereas the LABO only delivers 350 mg red yeast rice/capsule. But it also contains Phytosterol and delivers 250mg/capsule. I don't know if phytosterol is effective to help control cholesterol levels so I will leave it up to you and assume you have done your research on it. It's too early to tell if this supplement is helping with his cholesterol levels or not, but he has a Dr.'s appoint in a few weeks and we'll find out then.
