Not suitable for adding to cake mix. Will dry out the mix and go a dyngy colour. But works well in butter icing.

Makes the best buttercream

I’ve used this before and have always been impressed, it gives a delicious strawberry flavouring to buttercream. I use it in Chocolate cake and mixed with sweet buttercream the slight tanginess is delicious.Just remember to sieve it if you are using it in buttercream for piping as it can clump the nozzle if you don’t. Overall a fantastic product

It just tastes like Strawberry Nesquik , artificial taste soury taste, packing is small, I bought this to make strawberry bubble tea, 2 heaping spoons gave me weak taste I used 3 heaping spoons with milk. Better of with Strawberry Syrup and you get more. if you are making a cake you'll gonna use the entire pack at once.. I am sorry I was not expecting this.

My chocolate raspberry cake called for this ingredient and I’m SO glad I used it. The powder added so much flavor and such a rich color! I’ll buy it every time I make this cake!

I used this in a raspberry buttercream to fill cake layers on a chocolate cake. It was killer! Now I use it in smoothies and plain yogurt. If you love raspberry anything, keep this on hand. So great for salad dressing too! Comes in a ziplock package so stays dry. Pricy, but worth it ... a little goes a long way.
