1 of the weights came off fan blade that balances fan, vibration is bad at idle…cannot rebalance unit

Does not fit what they say it fits
I have a 2002 volkswagen jetta, and the fans do not fit. because the small fan lines up different and you can not install it because the small fan hits the power steering line. You can see in the pictures how they are mounted differently.
