To be clear, not saying their product sucks, their website and the way the business is run sucks. Spent half an hour putting in info, kept coming back with wrong address or the likes for the CC (even though entering manually, it shifts the card address to our biz address automatically, finally gave up...)Find one of the hanging red powder or foam ones.

What a product. This suppressor is Heat activated. And at a Very useful 135f degrees. I have the fire and actually flame activated Fire Balls but wanted something that was out of the way and activated by heat build-up in the room. Bought two of these after seeing the series of YouTube videos on how they activate and the torrent of fire suppressing powder they disburse. When they arrived, each in their separate box via UPS, one of them had been crushed and the disbursement diffuser head was cracked and pieces broken. Disappointing. So, I called Haven direct. In only a few rings they answered the phone. Nice to hear that in this day. I explained what happened, and this fellow completely understood. I'm a mechanical engineer and so he offered to send me a new replacement head if I wanted to install it myself. He walked me through the simple process, and so I said "sure!" Part arrived FedEx in three days. I installed both of these in less than one hour. (Now that I've done this, I could do two in about 15 minutes.) What I especially like about this company is they are not only headquartered here in the USA, but they are built, warehoused, sold and serviced right out of Brooklyn. Nice to see this type of quality back in these kinds of products. And the person I talked to in service support was knowledgeable and able to care for my situation. Well done Haven. I can recommend these to anyone.
