LEMERO UEXPECT Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for Epson 822XL (Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, 4-Pack)

I first received a set of cartridges back in January. The installed and worked just like OEM cartridges with no issues. My printer recently went through a firmware update and stopped recognizing the remanufactured cartridges. I contacted the seller through Amazon and let them know what had happened. They responded very quickly and let me know that they're newest cartridges had updated chips that would work with the updated firmware. They offered to either give me a refund or to send a new set of cartridges. I asked them to send a new set, and they arrived very quickly. I have not had a chance to print anything, but I have installed the new cartridges and the printer recognized them with no issue. I will definitely be buying them again as the cost is much better and I saw no difference in print quality. I also thought there was excellent customer service in the quick response and free replacement.

I tried reinstalling these cartridges several times. They do not fit. The printer will not recognize them. It was a waste of money.When you compare these to the original Epson cartridges you can see they are significantly wider.When I installed them you can feel they do not fit correctly. They are too wide for the cartridge receiver.Another difference I noticed in comparing to Epson cartridge; the hole that comes with a small piece of yellow tape you need to remove before installing is shaped differently than the Epson cartridge.One of those differences or a combination of the two will stop these from working in your printer.For some they seem to work great. So it is probably a little different on different Epson printers. I have a WF-4820. If you have the same I would avoid buying these cartridges. It is a waste of money.I did buy new Epson cartridges after these failed. EZ PZ worked the first time no issues.

The printer recognized the cartridges. I was able to print about 20 sheets using black ink with no issues. I don’t use my printer often. I tried to print a document and all the cartridges had red x’s next to them. I removed the cartridges and put them back in place. As I inserted them into their slot I got the check marks. As soon as I closed the lid and the printer went through its process all the checks turned to red x’s again. I removed the cartridges again, cleaned the gold area with a q tip and alcohol, dried and reinserted. Check marks again, until the printer processed then red x’s. The cartridges have not been used beyond the document of 20 sheets I printed in black. They’re all full and useless at this time. Of course it’s outside the return window. So disappointing.UPDATE: the customer service is top notch. After my review they reached out to me and corrected the issue. Advised what the possible issue was with the previous cartridges. Refunded my money and sent me replacement cartridges. They didn’t have to do any of this and I appreciate the time they’ve taken to make me a happy customer. Thank you Lisa for everything.

Great quality without going to Big price store. My printer is printing fine. Output prints are good quality.

I was able to use the black, blue and pink cartridges, but my printer didn't recognize the yellow. I was disappointed that I could only use 3/4 the product, but the seller did offer a full refund even though I was outside the refund window, which was excellent customer service in my opinion. I would be willing to try again only because of how they handled the situation

Unlike some remanufactured ink cartridges, these work. As long as I don't update the Epson software, I have no issue. I purchased another brand where the contact points were in the the shape of a tear drop and the Epson would not recognize it. This is my second purchase, so yes, I love it.
